Your right about that!!

Years ago when I was drag racing saw cars with lotsa of power but could not put it to the ground.

Hey F350 1990 are you running paved strip or dirt drags?

Asphalt..............as for turbos don't believe what others think they know --- I know of a 5,000 lb truck (LQ4 6.0) running a turbo that does 9.94 @ 137.........plenty of STOCK turbo cars too (e.g Porsche) that run mid 10s all day................
