2003 Expedition Electrical Gremlins

Hello everyone I'm new to this site. I just purchased my second Expedition. Its a 2003 5.4L Eddie Bauer 4x4 with 114,000 miles. Unfortunately within a week I have electrical gremlins and the warranty I have is for mechanical issues only. It started by noticing the heated/cooled seats not working. Then the rear view mirror blinkers randomly quit working, the driver seat power controls randomly work, and the back up sensors randomly alarm on the dash. Ive seen other posts about GEM problems due to leaking windshields. Could this be the problem? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Good way to tell is to take a good look under the dash...right up above the left side......
