Balance Shaft?

Balance Shaft?
Hello to all
I have been lurking for awhile. Just encountered a problem. I have an 06 ranger with 4.0. Replacing the timing chains and every diagram even aldata shows a motor with the balance shaft. Mine does not have the Balance shaft. Having trouble finding new Jackshaft and crank pulley bolts. They are torque yield bolts and can't be reused correct?

When I first got my 2004, I got the factory shop manual and it showed the balance shaft only on the 4WD model. It always puzzled me as to why only the 4WD got it, but I've never found the reason. The manual didn't go into much detail about it.

Never got an answer on the balance shaft motor. My truck is 4WD. Ford dealership didn't have an answer.But all is well got the motor back together and it is running well. Very quiet with no chain rattle.
