Rancho RS9000 settings

Just purchased and awaiting shipping on 4 Rancho RS9000 xl shocks for my 2003 F250 6.0 PSD and was wondering what shock setting is a good place to start? Do I start at 1 or in the middle @5? I'm guessing when I pull my 28 ft TT the rears will get bumped up.

If you have these shocks......What setting are you running?
