Hi there, my name is Chris and I´m from Bavaria/GERMANY. I recently bought a nice big window 58´Custom Cab Short box. I´m glad I found this great community. The truck needs some work and I will post progress pics as soon as I can. It has probably a 351 Windsor in it ,hooked up to a C6. Where can I find the engine number to make sure which year the block´s from ? Hope to have nice chats with you, regards, CHRIS

A little update:
Finished the dash and the seat cover.
Yes, I know painting the doors is next on my list
Also removed the rust from the frame rails and gave it a quick rattle can spray job.
Did some cleaning up in the engine compartment, turned out nice. Too bad I don´t have a before-pic….
Next is paint preparation, this will take a while I guess.
