Aluminum radiator
BeCool now stocks an all aluminum, welded seams, two 1' row radiator that is a duplicate for the 82-84 Bronco radiator. With or without auto trans heat converter. $499 from Jegs.
I live in the desert and for me, it's a bargain. Griffen is $649.

Thanks for the info;
also Transpro came out with 4 row brass tanked/cu-br cored rads too; heard they're prtty good too. Looks like the Broncos and F's are getting more and better aftermarket parts.

btw, do you carry water in the old fashioned canvas bags tied to front/rear bumpers? I have an old pic of an F 100 owned by a Navy CPO who had all types of bags bec. he went home to AZ on long weekends.

No, but growing up in the west I remember them as being very common on road trips in the '40s '50s. I'm told they were almost standard equipment prior to that era. They were used to top off radiators (non or low-pressurized cooling systems) and for evaporation cooled drinking water.
