bad MAF?

heys quick question on a 95 f150 5.0 efi when its up to normal operation temps and i unplug the MAF sensor the engine should change idle and start chugging right?

Yes and no (depending on how out of cal the thing is already) ---are you getting a CEL or erratic idle behavior, surges, etc?

a little when its hooked up no check engine and idles at 600rpm when discounted it idles at i say 700rpm and get a check engine light.

MAF should read around 200 g/s at 5000 rpm
