There are lots of ways to lift an Ex, it really all boils down to how much you want to spend.
I am running an all spring 4" BDS setup, and I love it, but there are many other lift kits out there...
If you are in the Pacific Northwest, PM me, as I have an older set of 4" lift springs and blocks.

What are you hoping to get from your lift (besides 4" more ride height
)?I wanted enough room to run 35"s and a beefier suspension to allow the EX to tow heavy with as much control as possible. I went with an X/B spring swap, modded both front and rear springs with additional leaves and installed the taller F-350 rear blocks. Gained 3 7/8" up front and 4.5"+ in the rear, now it sits nearly level with a very heavy tongue weight trailer and the stronger springs have vastly improved it's towing manners.
