"Hi" from over seas
Hello everybody.
My name is Mike and I am coming back to the F-series after a brief cross to Chevy. A bit about my self and vehicle history:
I am deployed right now and will be returning to WA in a couple months time and looking to get back into a Ford, F-250 preferably. I am looking at the 1992-1997 body style with a 460 OR a 7.3L PS if I can find one for the right price. I have never owned a Diesel before but have worked on them and heard nothing but good things.
I will be trying to transfer to Central CA about a year after I get home so modification to a gaser will be limited but I love to do tasteful performance mods to the chassis, brakes, engine / transmission, and drive line.
I am here to seach, learn, then ask questions that I could not find and learn from those who have made the mistakes and can pass on the valuable infomation, so thank you in adavance.
So here is my vehicle history. Looking forward to be back driving Blue!
1988 Bronco (5.8L)
1988 Ranger (2.9L)
1992 Ranger (4.0L)
1994 F150 XLT (5.8L)
1991 Suburban (5.7L)
