Hey everyone, I finally pulled the trigger on getting a 6th gen this week, so I figured I pull the trigger on signing up here too.
Quick Background:
I'm a electrical & mechanical engineer, 25 yrs old, live in Ks
The New Ride:
77 F-150, 4x4, 300 i6
Picked it up for $400. I'd been looking for the straight six with manual for a while. The body's pretty rusted out but the engine and drive train are solid.
Put new plugs, wires, dist. cap, rotor, vacuum lines in it last night and it really really woke it up.
Next up: Air filter (didn't come with one), carb rebuild, a good power washing...
