Many of these trucks sit unevenly, and I don't know why. But, I doubt it is that the frame is bent. Perhaps it is differences in springs, or shock mounts, or somesuch. But, you can measure by parking on a roughly level spot of concrete and measuring from the frame to the concrete.

I just read on another site where someone had same problem and it wasn't the bed, ended up being the cab mounts were bad and made the bed look twisted...
