I think all of the aftermarket exhaust for the PSD are bolt on. Clamps to the turbo and then all the pieces are clamped together.
Easiest way to remove the stocker is to take a sawzall to it and cut it in pieces..............of course if you want to keep it you'll need to drop the tranny crossmember.
You'll need another person to hold the downpipe inplace so that you can clamp it to the turbo.
And with mine the clamp seemed almost to have a spot weld holding it on in one place.......a screwdriver or pry bar should pop it right off.
Shouldn't take you more than 1-2 hours to remove the stocker and install the new one.
Most 4" exhausts are bolt ons with no welding. They are for the most part easy installation. Make sure u have your instructions so u know which pipes go where. If u happen to get one, make sure u go to your local parts store and buy the band style exhaust clamps. They are well worth their money. They dont crimp the pipes and will allow for removal later on if needed.
