I'll look tonight when I get home if you haven't already figured it out, but as I remember, those lights are an assembly. I replaced mine with Recon smoked lights, but I seem to remember that the factory lights were a complete plug in assembly as well.
They are easy enough to remove. Tilt your mirror all the way in towards the truck and you can see the tabs that you need to push with a screwdriver to release the lens.
I have one of the bulbs out on my passenger mirror, how do i get the orange cover off to replace it bulb?
hit it on a tree branch moving trees out of the road after a storm last night, it looks like there are two bulbs cause one is working.
between the glass and the housing level with the light is a clip that holds the light in the mirror. push the clip and slide the light housing toward the front of the truck.

I figured it would pop out somehow, i wont have time to look at it until this evening. I understand the clearence and blinker, the blinker is working just fine and the clearence light it completly out. thanks for the help fellas.
194 style led bulbs look really nice in place of the factory bulbs and if you buy a pack of bulbs they also fit your license plate lights, cab roof lights, marker lights, and interior map lights in the front to name a few
also i recommend the 6000k color temperature ones if you go that route

I had one where the bulb had come out of the socket..
also, may want to turn the mirror toward the truck, so make room for unhooking the clip.
