lokar tv cable adjustment fork

can anybody tell me the size of that fork that you use to set the pressure on the lokar tv cable. ive lost mine like an idiot and now im ready to set but cant without that. i was just going to make something. its next to the allen wrench and that bolt in the picture

It looks exactly like the one Ford used to call out on the EFI 302 AOD cars, probably is.
