In MN, the tint law is applicable only to the windshield and side windows for the front seat. All the remaining windows can be blacked out. Not that I am condoning any of this.
It sounds like that LEO had heard about this truck during a shift briefing and was just laying for him..
Glad that they are looking out for the well being of the public. The headlights and bumper issues are pretty doggoned important to all of us..
