What sort of manual are you seeking?
I've found more than a few factory manuals on DVD and CD-ROM through USA eBay. I'd think (or hope) most USA sellers would be willing to send something as small as that to the UK.
It might be tough finding a download for that since most factory manuals have prompts in their yes/no diagnostic steps.
