Mirror Broken

Do i need just the glass or entire assembly? Where can i get said replacement part?

I bought just the replacement glass for my daughter's taurus from ford. It just snapped in. I'm sure you can find it on ebay or maybe rockauto as well. No need to replace the entire assembly.

I replaced mine, the complete assembly and it was pretty easy. It is much easier to pull of the door panel today than it was years ago. It is actually three nuts that are holding on the mirror, but you have to remove the inside door panel to do it.

This place has glass and complete mirror assembly, I had good luck with these guys.
