Unhappy 351w break in problem

Well, got my rebuilt 351w started last night. Per edelbrock specs, I brought it up to 2500 rpm for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, It got pretty warm (due to bad fans) and I shut it down. Any suggestions? I'm assuming that I need to run it for another 15 minutes to finishthe cam breakin once I get better fans on it.

Just wanted to check with you guys while I was waiting for ananswer from edelbrock.

Thanks
Mike

Either that(another 15 minutes) or run it again for the 25-30 minute duration...

351w break in problem

I always just run strait water in the cooling system for cam break in. Fill you radiator all the way up and after you get it started pull out the drain **** and keeping adding fresh water so it stays at the top of the radiator. Always works good for me!!
