Loud Creaking Noise
My 1998 F150 is an awsome truck ith 117000 miles on it. Yet there are two issues that have driven me crazy since it had about 35k in it:
1. The Wearing Steering wheel leather that is mentioned in another post.
2. This loud Crteaking noise on excelleration or when you brake.
Ford service has had it about 4 time and never could get the noise to happen. After the Warranty ran out One service manager agreed to look at it but would charge. It used to be intermittant and now is regular.
Any Suggestions?
Anyone ever experience this?
