Had a black 450 I pulled it with, planning on trading in this beast of a fiver and what we been looking at will match. Just liked that Ruby Red.

I would love to know just who in Fordland decided the current generation super duty needed softer springs? Absolutely ridiculous.

I hear ya, this thing sure rides nice empty but squats quite a bit under a load. My 08 450 didn't squat much, but would about knock your teeth out on a good bump.

Dd what's your fuel mileage with the 4.30 loaded and unloaded. I avg 14-14.5 with my 3.73 ratio. And I avg 10mpg while towing 14k fifth wheel

Haven't towed any distance yet, only have 300 miles on it. my 13 F250 6.7 With 3.73's would average 18-19 on hwy hwy, this one, on same road is 14 or so. a lot of my driving is around the farm so don't have good numbers yet. Hope to get out of here soon and will have some towing numbers then. (Towing 18,000)

my 12 350 4x4 DRW is pretty rough empty (lot rougher than my 08 4x2 DRW). added airbags and at 10psi empty it takes the edge off.. for some reason my overloads kick in when a butterfly lands on the truck.

tows my FW great tho.

What color were you expecting the fender flares to be? BTW, I'm now an official Ruby Red admirer!!! Thanks for sharing and enjoy that Beautiful Rig.

I ordered mine on 4-4-2014. It is sitting in Littleton, Ma. waiting to be delivered to Hight Ford in Skowhegan, Me. Can't wait. It has been there for 16 days. Sucks!

Beautiful truck, how is that wide track front end and turning radius, a noticeable difference? Thanks, hope you get many trouble free miles with it.

That is a gorgeous rig!
What are the specs on your 5er? We will be looking to get a very large Toy Hauler to drag behind ours and I'm thinking I will probably need the air bags as well...
