I have a 2007 E150 I needed all front and rear rotors and brakes I also bought and air lift kit all using the E150 I got all this stuff in and nothing would fit I called ford and they said the 2007 they changed the suspension (I said ok) I always wondered why I had 8 Lugs and not 5 hmmm mine is only GVW8520 250s are higher I think anyways now that I got that understanding and I need to buy 250 suspension parts here is my ? I want to buy a rear sway bar should I get for a E150 or a E250???

If you buy something like a Hellwig rear bar their selection menu will guide you to the correct part. My guess is you'd be using the E250---consult with the manufacturer first to double check.
BTW the E250 GVWR at least according to my door sticker is 8,600# without consideration to body, whether standard or extended length.
I'd agree with JWA--in 2007 the E150 became an E250 and likely shares more parts with the 250.
I would not trust all catalogs to have caught this change. It was even vague in Ford literature and spec sheets for a while, as I recall.
In 2008, the E vans got the new front end styling, and most people equate that with the change in E150 specs. So when seeking parts for your van, prepare to do a little "reading betwen the lines" in the event of discrepancies in parts listings.
