which hitch?
I'm shopping for a hitch for my '79 F150. I'd like some advice on what brand to buy that fits well and works well. I'll be hauling small boat trailers and possibly a car trailer. I just want a good sturdy hitch that will bolt on without too much trouble. I guess I don't really know what I need. I was kind of looking for a class III hitch like the ones that come on the new F150's. Is that what I should have? I saw Walmart has some for around $100. I just thought that some brands might work better or fit better. Any advice would be great. Thanks,

I got my Class III hitch installed for 195$. Reece I believe. Then for another 200$ish I got my electronic brake controller installed. Then for another 450$ I got my EAZ LIFT weight distribution kit. All in CDN$ mind you.
I've towed a Uhaul car trailer, back end sagged down to a weak suspension on my 150. Other then that it handled it fine. And we have a 24' 1971 camper that weighs a ton (no a few actually) and I can tow that OK.
