Question big block ford

I have a 429 cobrajet sitting in my garage how easy will this go in to my 85 bronco2.Iam hoping it will be a easy swap.What do u guys out there think.

I'm not an expert on swaps but I think you will need some firewall/floor pan mods using a BIG hammer.

Barely fits between the frame rails. Have to lose the heater box completely and power stearing/brakes. Major firewall and trans tunnel surgury is required. Major surgury to fit a radiator infront of the motor is also required. Then you have to upgrade the axels. the stock dana 28 front grenades with a V6 and 32" tires.

I'd save the 429 for something else and drop a 302 in it. They almost bolt in with Ford parts.

If you can fit a 460 in a Pinto, you can put a 429 in a BII. However, I have to side with Ken and Pat67Shorty on this one. Better off with a 302, and finding a T-bucket for the 429.
