Welcome to FTE Chris. I don't have your answer but I'm certain one of the panel guys will post an answer.

I believe Mark Mossell sells one. He's an FTE member. I bought one from him several years ago but have yet to install it. Stu (truckdog) would know for sure.

You can also check with Chuck at Chuck's Trucks.

plastic looks like the only option?

Lebarron bonney looks like the only option for a 1951 panel headliner.
Were the stock cardboard ones one piece? Thanks Chris

Most panels only had cardboard headliner over the front seats, nothing in the rear.

I would go to a junkyard and do some measuring. Full size vans, suburbans, etc might be an option.......
Also a good upholstery shop could probably make one up custom.

I made my own from a Ford Club van, sliced it in half and fiberglassed together for the rear section and used a headliner from a Chevy extended cab for the front section. It took a bit of time and patience but turned out the way I wanted it.

I am sure that chassisman (Mark M) can help you. I've seen pics of the ones he made and they look super nice. Fit over the front seats only. I have his email but won't post it here publicly. Just post on a bunch of threads till you get over the crazy 20-25 limit so that you can pm. Of the panels I have had none of them had any headliner left. In fact I have not seen any panels for sale with a headliner.
