2000 navigator suspension problem

2000 navigator suspension problem
the suspension only works sometimes. any ideas what can be the problem?

Sometimes being wordy is a good thing--this is one of those times.

The info you have supplied is inadequate to solve the issue.

im not a car guy but i will give it a try. i found where the power relay is and sometimes not all the time if i unplug it and plug it back in the air suspension will work. the air suspension switch is on. sometimes the check suspension light will go on but thats only when it isnt working. i dont have a manual so i dont know which fuse is for what.
