Removing dings or dimples
depands mostly on where it is....where is it?
I have had to take off the whole panel and using wood and cloth beat it out softly with a ball peen hammer. Worked every time but you better make sure it is worth it cause it takes forever. Take your time.

Removing dings or dimples
In some cases you may be able to use dry ice to pop them out. Also Eastwood sells a kit that uses airbags that you pump up with compressed air or a tire pump that can get out some dents.
