351 odd choking?

351 odd choking?
1993 f250 247,450 miles 351 decides it wants to choke... like its realbad when going from reverse to drive and giving it gas cause it HAS died before. Someone said fuel pressure regulator might be a little ****ty idk And it does it at stops too. I do have a CEL but it comes back for things like MLPS and O2 sensor I mean I didnt really think an o2 would so this. All filters are new. Plugs. Rotor. Cap. Ignition coil. Battery. Also once I replaced my belt I acquired this weird whistle? Like maybe I over tightened it but its more prominent when you givenit gas too like a wind blowing from a small hole. Not like a vac leak hiss

You need to measure fuel pressure, but also post up exactly what codes you're getting.. on these trucks the codes generally just point you in a direction they don't tell you exactly what is wrong.
