intermittent rough idle

sorry guys if this turns into a long one. well the other day i started in on the truck on what was just supposed to be new o-ring's on the glow plug harness and an exhaust gasket. what it turned into was pulling 4 injectors on the passenger side and sanding the spool valves and fishing something out of the oil pan after dropping in while trying to pop a broken glow plug connector from the back side of the plug (don't ask). everything after getting the broken plug out and my little fishing expedition went back together great. after a long crank the truck roared to life and i thought another job in the bag. well it seems now i've picked up an intermittent rough idle along the way somehow. i re-installed the injectors with new o-ring kits and blew out the cups and bolt hole with compressed air before i torqued them down to 27flbs. i did reuse my stand pipe and dummy plug since i have the 1/2" square drive type which seem to have a low failure rate. the truck only does it after it warms up so i'm leading to a hpo issue however when i hook the autoenginuity up im reading 580psi from the icp at 24% on the ipr. also the rough idle comes and goes (hence the intermittent part)...if it was an oil leak i would think it would be more consistent and i would have a higher ipr number but i have no idea. i plan on pulling the egr to make sure nothing is holding it open and i've quickly checked for wire chaffing but nothing is jumping out at me, and i also plan on doing a bubble test to make sure i'm not pumping air past the injectors. is there anything else you guys can suggest to look at or where i may have gone wrong to cause this? if i'm going back in under the valve cover i will go ahead and replace the stand pipe but i don't want to head down the "throw good parts at it" rabbit hole. i should also add that my ficm was rebuild last nov and numbers looks great, again truck was running great before all of this so i'm leaning towards it being something with what i touched (injectors/wire harness/oil rail/stand pipes and dummy plugs) thanks in advance!!!

Well after passing the bubble test and pulling the injectors back out to double check my work I am still stumped on what I could have done to cause this intermittant rough idle to occur. I have tried running with the icp disconnected, pulled the egr and it didn't seem any wetter than it has in the past and I'm not loosing any coolant. I've looked for chaffing and any bent pins while connecting the injectors to the wire harness and I've put a few miles on the truck to eliminate any possible air pockets left in the system. What else should I be looking for guys?? No dtc's on the autoenginuity and the fact that it only does it once the engine is at operating temps has me a bit baffled. Could it be my injector top o rings? They looked good and most guys say that blown o rings will cause more of a no hot start problem than an intermittant miss but I'm scratchin my head here! Are there any other numbers I should be looking at??

And I forgot to add that my fuel pressure doesn't budge from 58-62psi on my glow shift gauge idle or wot.
