well I sold my 55. could not finish what I started. but I recouped about half what I had in it. that's fine. just was to painful to do the work. shoulders won the battle. this is the first vehicle that I never got to drive on street.. total bummer so I wont be on here very much anymore. thank all of you for the good advice and ideas and bs. I still have a 93 4x4 so will be up there. but not doing all that much with it other than driving it. bummed out.
I know how you feel. I also have gotten rid of most of my project f1. Though I don't feel as bummed as you. I've decided to go fishing more. Went for a week at the end of April and beginning of May. Fishing was great. I still have plenty of f1 parts and a panel which is spoken for. My truck parts are taking up room to park my boat in.
So, what I'm saying, don't be bummed. Just find a new interest. I enjoy yard work or doing odd jobs for other people. Some even pay me. Gas money for going fishing. Hang in there! These trucks are just a hobby....not your life. Hope you try fishing and catch a limit.
