So I finally bought a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter.
Have a look and tell me what you think?
It was expensive , over $800
Havnt gone anywhere yet with it.
Wow what is that? Pipe and flat iron holding your 2 5/16th ball way above the bed! None of my goosneck trailers front tires would touch the ground with that thing in my truck (no lift)!

you are correct - it's not or a gooseneck, it's for a 5th wheel.
the andersen gooseneck hitch uses an adapter such that the kingpin rides on a 2-5/16" ball.
The nice thing I see about the Anderson system is that it takes all the leverage that a conventional adaptor places away. We had a fifth with a gooseneck adaptor on it and the leverage actually cracked the frame in 5 spots, As said above make sure the trailer manufacturer approves the adaptor as most of them don't..

Where did the frame crack and how did you find it?
I cant see a trailer manufactuer approving anything like it?
....but remember that this Anderson is NOT a gooseneck connection! My RV manufacturer has said it approves the Anderson hitch adapter. There are no torsional forces at the RV frame.
