Back in the saddle again

It has been 6 years since I perused this site, trying hard to get priorities (that continuously change) after one retires. I still have the same truck, 1996 F250 7.3 and have learned quite a bit over time. It was down much of last summer (rebuilding the fuel water separator) as I did many other chores it sadly sat under the carport with parts all around it on benches. Even with my limited expertise and a lot of coaching from YouTube and my fellow traveler Jeff (a diesel mechanic instructor) I managed to get it back on the road again. Brakes are now an issue and I have read quite a bit on how to get the bleeders working (rusted in) again, an will probably opt for new calipers, seems to be the general consensus on that particular repair. I still like the truck a lot, at 170k has given me little grief and much pleasure. Looking forward to more reading and an occasional post.
Great site so-far.
Sawyer

Thanks for the welcomes, spring is finally here and I'm back to the woods working the truck, always surprises me just how big a trailer of logs or lumber it will pull. Still reading and learning............
