Ok i have an 04 f-250 and my interior light and cargo light stay on all time while driving and never go out.if im not driving they will go out after about 20-30 mins automaticaly.I have replaced both front door switches thinking it was the common issue but didnt fix it.i know both switches are working because 1 they are new and when i open the doors the cargo light will come on but wont shut off till the 20-30 mins is up again.it also shuts off my radio when i open the doors.I also dont have the door ajar light suck on the dash.it will only light up when i open the doors and goes out after they are closed.
DOES ANYONE have this issue other than me?What can the issue be?ive sprayed the 2 back doors as well to make sure but dont think they have switches like the front doors have.PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.i also tryed to pull the fuse but then my power windows dont work as its on the same fuse.THANKS GUYS.
yes didnt help but will sit inside for 30 mins till the interior light goes out and will try the dimmer to see if it turns on and off the light.is it possible the dimmer is done?would this cause it or would they just stay on and never go out?also the dimmer dims the dash lights so didnt think it would be that.ANY other ideas.Pour them on me please.I need this fixed before the cops stop me for driving with my cargo light on all the time.it never goes out when im driving even if it for 5 hours.becoming annoying.
ok so i waited 30 mins for the lights to go out then tried to roll the dimmer to intieior lights and my dimmer had no effect.i have no interior lights with my dimmer switch hopefully with all these diagnostics we can narrow the issue down. Please help me.lol before i buy a dodge.lol
