DMC Performance Steering Column?

Has anyone used one of these steering columns? Great deal if they are worth anything...

I have been looking at those as well but I read somewhere there is a issue with them breaking in the tiltI don't know if it's that particular brand but its a rash of Chinese manufactured columns
