TPS numbers

Hey everyone,
I have a 04 super crew Lariat 4x4 with the 3 valve 5.4L and auto trans.
The issue I have is a lack of power. 330hp should be able to spin the tires at least a bit in my opinion. First thin I noticed was my TPS is reading no more than 75.6%. I have replaced my TPS and have full travel at the pedal. I don't know if this is related but my fuel system appears to stay in closed loop (CL) even from start up. As well, I can't get my engine to heat up past 86F at least that is what the scanner shows.
I know there is a wealth of knowledge here, and was hoping someone out there might be able to help me out.

First, torque spins tires not HP. More info will be needed on that aspect, like what rear end ratio you have, oversized tires or not? I don't know what the TPS readings should be. I will say that there is no way your engine is running at 86F, could it be 86C, that would be closer to normal.

Not sure why it is always in closed loop, I would think from a cold start it would be in open loop at least for a little bit. Hopefully someone else will know what questions to ask to diagnose.

A stated, it's most likely that your temp readings are in C, which is a normal range. Further, your engine should start in open loop and change quickly to closed loop as the cats and O2 sensors heat up.

The best place to start for a lack of power is to start with a computer scan. Any codes or pending codes? When were the plugs last changed, if ever? Clean air filter? Other driveability issues? Brakes sticking?
