For the sake of less headache do both now, pull them straight edge them make sure they didn't warp. I have had this come to me before 2 different 3.8 fords one a guy did just one, head was warped over heated both bad. and the other the gentleman R&R both gaskets done without checking for warpage same issue.
If you have not had the pleasue of taking a old windsor intake off, your corner bolts(ends on each head) I have had good luck with light use of a air hammer on the heads of the bolts, helps break up the corrosion going on inside. Work bolt back and forth once up from its home on the intake enough soak with kroil or favorite spray. Don't just get excited and go to town thinking they will come out 9 times out of 10 I have had issues with them and trying to get a broken bolt on that angle is not fun.
