Help Identify Elec. Part
1997 F350 5.8L EFI 4x4. Between the ignition coil and the EGR control solenoid is a small 1 inch sq. part bolted to a bracket. Has 1 black wire leading to a gray connector where the wire changes color to red/tan or possibly red/light green. Could this be the radio capacitor? Can't seem to find any info for this part. Thanks in advance.

If I understand what you are talking about that is the radio noise suppressor(capacitor), seen in the bottom right corner of this pic.
