clutch problem
I have an 1989 F-250 I recently replaced my clutch. After replacing the clutch I can not get the clutch to engage. I don't know how to adjust the clutch on the truck. I would appriecieate any advise

There's no adjustment on a hydraulic linkage - you just have to make sure that it's not broken and that there's no air in the slave or line.
You said it won't "engage" - does that mean it's like the truck is always in Neutral? Usually a clutch linkage problem means that it won't DEclutch (let go) and the engine is ALWAYS engaged to the transmission.

Thanks for some reason I dropped the tranny again and checked now it is working fine. to answer your question, if you tyied to start the truck in gear with the clutch pedal down it would jump. And if the engine was running you could never get it to go in gear. I don't know what i did different but it works now. Thanks for the advise.
