hi Guys,
anybody could recommend a good matt lacquer what goes with basecoat?and possible to buy it UK

Best to talk to your paint supplier for whatever is compatible with the brand and type of base coat you're using. There are just so many different paint systems available and used today, and most are not compatible with each other, even in the same brand.
