oil light

hey guys need some help my 78 f250 the other day i was out and my oil light started two flickering only when i was on the gas the oil is full motor did not rattle or anything it sounds good what do you guys think it could be --thanks a lot for anyhelp

It could be your sender but it could also be a partially plugged oil pump screen or a weak oil pump..... You need to borrow a tester and see what the true pressure is at before more take any action.
