HELP! Throttle issues
My 1997 7.3 Powerstroke has no throttle response when I step on the pedal. I replaced the throttle position sensor. No change. I've ohmed the wires from the sensor to the PCM and 2 of them check out, the third wire is the ground. Any ideas?
