Does someone reproduce the firewall wire, windshield washer hose clips and the inner fender wire clips on the sides for a 1966 F-100?I think also the same wire clips are used on the headlight crossover wires in front?I have a few broken and need replaced.
Russ:
I just saw them perusing catalogs. But I can't remember if it was NDP, LMC, Dennis Carpernter or...? If you don't have the catalogs handy, I can find out when I get home.

The apron black nylon wire harness retainers, also used on the radiator support in some spots, are used on many Ford products of the era. Mustangs and Falcons used them. I found them at my local Mustang resto parts place (BelKirk Mustang) for $12.50 for 25 of them.
Here's a couple of online sources. The first place requires a minimum $30 order but they have a bunch of cool stuff so that's usually easy to do. But, shop around as they are everywhere.
I've never run across a zip tie used on the apron on my 1966 trucks. Works great for bundling wiring. But the apron had a different retainer for the wiring that also hooked into a series of holes in the metal.
Here's an untouched example that uses the type of retainer that I posted.

I didn't say the zip ties were correct. Member in post 2 said he saw them in a repro parts sellers catalog, but couldn't recall which one. So I listed the DC info.
As I recall, most of the wires are retained with metal clips that have a loop in them, loop contains a rubber insert. Retained to apron, firewall, radiator support with a screw or bolt.
Have fun trying to find the part numbers for these puppies in the Ford truck parts catalog.
Pic at top: Here's an example of these clips retaining 14401 main wiring harness and 15B590 4 way flasher harness, notice there's no part number.
I'll take that challenge. If you look at this picture, I've rotated it clockwise, zoomed in and circled the part numbers. Section 145 Page 5 - Part number 376914-S - since this is not a part with a finish it is considered natural and so that is the full valid part number.
Of course 376914-S has a natural finish, because it's is an adjustable nylon strap!
Illustrated with dimensions in the 2000 edition of the Standard & Utility Parts Catalog on page 265.
I was referring to the metal clips, pictured in post 6.
I was trying to help LeonHaru that posted the original question.
Here are the type of clips that held the wiring harness on the cowl lip in 1966 2WD trucks. The 4WD trucks used something different. I have not found these reproduced yet.
And the two clips used for the windshield washer hose on the cowl lip.
Russ, if you need any more information or pictures just let me know. You can PM me if you want to.
If you look at this same picture, repeated from above, you can see the clips on the cowl lip, too. Both the black and the green one for the washer hose.
