Starts fine, idles fine, drives fine for 30 to 45 minutes. Then, when stopped, begins to idle rough. Taking off produces popping through the carb. Then as car is driven popping continues intermittently.
Have replaced plugs, ditributer and rotor, fule filter, PCV valve, fuel pump. Car passed emmission test when taken in before the 30 to 45 minutes went by.
have you checked the timming maybe the vacum advance is too much i race a chev 350 and it usted to do that to me coming out of a corner downshifting and all it was was that my vacum advance was set wrong just an idea if it helps
