C6 to 4 Speed Conversion

I have a 1978 F150 4x4 with a C6 and 460 swap. I've spotted a 4spd and transfer case for a 1978 F150 4x4 on Craigslist in good shape. Looks like an NP435.

What kind of operation is swapping in the 4spd?
I know a clutch pedal would have to be added, but not sure how involved the rest of the swap would be.

no manual was put behind a 460 till 83,so there are quite a few obstacles to hurdle...there is alot write up on the swap .I would just stay with the c6
