Driving down the highway yesterday, went to step on it, and intercooler boot going from the turbo blew off. Tried to put it back on but it was so elongated that it wouldnt hold and after 5 minutes or so it would blow off again.
So, whats a good replacement? Riff-Raff? Ford Stock?
I'm also thinking of doing the CCV vent mod to get rid of the oil in the intake system. Just seeing what others have done and if this is a common issue...
While your waiting for the replacement to come in you can spray it with hair spray or swab some superglue on it. It hold quite well after that, but definitely replace it asap.

If you eventually did all you can in Pink it'd be a'right I guess.
As I always say when I see something that seems odd to me "to each is own..."
More importantly if you happy with then, "***'m and feed'm fish"

What do you guys think about pink riff raff boots? I mean nothing screams horsepower like pink...
It's a great idea, actually -- the opposite of putting nuts on your truck. Pink boots say "I'm so confident in my truck's abilities I don't give a rip what anyone thinks."
I was very close to doing the pink thing...but i went with red. I figured if i go to sell it, some "manly man" might be extremely turned off when i go to pop the hood
I too was a victim of Turbo Boot pop off. Even tried the hair spray technique and didn't work for me. But a black, manly set, of Riff Raff boots, and haven't had a problem since!
