It's been a long time since I had one 30+ years but if I remember right 2 bolts when threw it into the rear wall and they had 2 bumpers on the bottom that rested on the fuel tank.
correct--the two bolts go through the tool tray ,then a hole in he top offuel tank flange and into the nut in back cab brace--two rubber snubbers on bottom of tool tray set on tank
