My 2002 f350 has just come back to life after 5 months of some upgrades. In January my trans went out and I had some bad oil leaks so I decided to pull the cab to pull the motor and the transmission. I also decided to upgrade my injection system while I was there.
What I did:
Warren single shot injectors 160cc/30
Adrenaline HPOP
Removed the intake air heater
4"turbo back exhaust
Bellowed up pipes
PCM flash by dp tuner for the new injectors
And re-sealed the whole motor
I also had my trans built up by a local guy that does great work at a great price
When I finally found time to Finnish the job my truck ran great, but soon I noticed after it reached operating temp it idles up and down between 600 and 720 rpms. The truck is still quiet and smooth while it is doing this. It also only seems to do it in park or neutral. About 8 months ago I put a new international camshaft position sensor (1876736c91).
If anyone has any answers I would be grateful

In cold weather the PCM will bring the idle up. It should drop when brake, throttle or clutch are touched.
It's not going into the cold weather warmup. The PCM warmup idle is around 1100 to 1200 rpms and my problem is only showing up after my engine oil temps get past 100 degrees. As far as the iac I don't think the 7.3s have them, but I may be wrong.
