my take on rims is this. If you go with deeper rims, you have to have the wider tires. This is the problem my son is having right now. He cannot go with smaller tires cause the rims are too deep. Cheapest I have found 33x12.5 here is $180 each. lotta dough for a 14 year old.

I will stick with these then... I thought 15x10 rims were preferred for 33x12.5R15 tires. But if they are good then they are good.

What's the rim specs for the tires you bought? I'm guessing they are 8.5-10, so your's are a little narrow, but not worth swapping.

Not sure about what the manufacturers recommendation is on rim size but I think you are right inregards to the tire size. While these rims are stamped 15x8 on the inside, i measured and it was more like 8-3/8. Close enough... I will stick with what I got.

Crazy, what are your thoughts on the tires so far now that you've had them for a little bit?

Do far so good... I have probably driven it about 100 miles or so... Still have the little nubs on the tread. Took it to the river bottoms which have large sandy beaches and watched 2x4s get stuck as I drove around them in 2wd... That was fun. All in all pretty happy. Kinda wishing I would have gone with 35's but just for aesthetic purposes.

Awesome value thus far.

Im glad they turned out well for you. Make sure to keep posting every now and then to report on treadwear and performance as you drive them more. Its hard to find good tire reviews like this one. Most of them are hearsay rather than people actually owning and reviewing the tires.

Yeah you got it... I hadn't really driven them enough to provide an update of substance but always happy to check back if your wondering.

So far, I would buy them again in a heartbeat...

A year old... Not a pound of psi lost. Still looking good. Can't see any wear yet.

Glad to hear they're still going strong. How many miles on them so far?

Hhmmmmm. Not sure. A couple thousand I would guess. Speedo has been out for a while with a laundry list of todos before getting to this. Not a daily driver. It should be though.
