You have to go to a dealer or someone who has a break out box to read information in computer on amount of misses ,because a light miss won't throw a code,it may be coils.

"Motorcraft" is the correct answer.

Nonsense. I can read them with a $25 BT adapter, a $5 app, and an Android smartphone.

That' a snide remark; as does he have access to the app and smart phone? It may be cheaper for him to go to dealer and have the misses read.
