Well I am serious thinking about buying a deasel truck and would like to know what was the first year for the powerstroke? And from that year up what changes were done to the motor. And if any of the older deasels were any good? thanks

1994 was the first year for the powerstroke It was the 7.3 in the 250's to 650's..the turbos were the borg warner...before the powerstrokes ford was using a mix of engines...international was a good one....hope this helps...
