Out the window a long time ago Steve. I go to work to work, if I'm not doing that I'd rather be at home paid or not. I really do not like doing cleanup work.
It's very well known there that if the option is given to go home.............................................. .........................................bye.

I've had that option a few times but the 4 hour wait is hell. Power could be restored at any minute.
Chris, dancing with the backpack blower for a couple three hours makes time go by pretty good..
That it probably would. Most of our cleanup is on the end of a broom if the place is down.

It was a couple electical panels that blew I guess. They knew it couldn't/wouldn't be running during the shift. If there is any chance for the place to run normally we stay.
I would have had to walk all the way up to the mobile shop though. Then walk all the way back to the mill when I was done. The parking lot and my truck were a lot closer.
The lumber falls into bins. There are 38 of them. Just have to monitor to keep the lumber straight and drop when they are full. The other half of the night is grading.
